Australia-Wide Delivery

At F&P Party, we’re all about delivering joy — and we do our best to get your party supplies and gifts to you as quickly and safely as possible!

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST (Monday–Friday) are usually packed and dispatched the same day from Brisbane, QLD.
Orders placed after 11 AM or on weekends/public holidays will be sent the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted courier partners.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery (metro areas): 3–7 business days
  • Flat rate: $9.95
  • Free shipping for orders over $120

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery (metro areas): 1–3 business days
  • Flat rate: $16.00
  • Free shipping not available

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Please allow additional time for regional or remote areas, public holidays, and unexpected courier delays.

For WA, NT, TAS, and SA, standard delivery may take 5–10 business days.

Local Area Orders

We currently do not offer click & collect, but if you’re in the Brisbane metro area and need your order urgently, please contact us at francis117@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist or provide a courier quote.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia.
If you’re outside Australia and would like to order, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Delivery Tips

  • Delivery is available to PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
  • If no one is home, your parcel may be left in a safe place or taken to your nearest post office for collection.
  • We recommend using a workplace or alternate address if you’re often away during delivery hours.

Address Changes & Missed Deliveries

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update your delivery address — just email francis117@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any redelivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
  • Bulky or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. We’ll contact you before dispatch if that applies to your order.

Packaging

We take care to pack your items safely and securely — and sometimes reuse clean, recycled boxes to reduce waste.
