Australia-Wide Delivery

We ship to all states and territories across Australia using Australia Post.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00am AEST (Monday–Friday) are usually packed and dispatched the same business day from Brisbane, QLD.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery (metro areas): 2–8 business days
  • Flat rate: $10
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery (metro areas): 1–4 business days
  • Flat rate: $15
  • Free shipping does not apply to express orders

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to regional or remote locations, public holidays, or unforeseen Australia Post delays.

For WA, NT, TAS, and SA, standard delivery may take approximately 5–10 business days.

Local Orders (Brisbane)

We do not currently offer click & collect.
If you’re located in the Brisbane metro area and require urgent delivery, please contact us via our Contact Us form and we’ll advise on available options.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Delivery Information

  • Australia Post delivers to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers
  • If no one is available at delivery, parcels may be left in a safe place or taken to a local post office for collection
  • If you are frequently away, we recommend using a workplace or alternate delivery address

Address Changes & Missed Deliveries

If your order has not yet been dispatched, delivery details may be updated by contacting us via the Contact Us form as soon as possible.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-delivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where an error has occurred on our part (such as an incorrect or faulty item).

In rare cases where an order is unusually bulky or oversized, additional shipping charges may apply. If so, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Packaging

We take care to pack all orders securely. Where possible, we may reuse clean, recycled packaging as part of our effort to reduce waste.
