Inspection Period
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to notify us of any issues.
After this inspection period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Returns (Incorrect Items Only)
Returns are accepted only if you have received incorrect items compared to your confirmed order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, please submit a request via our Contact Us form with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the incorrect item(s)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a 100% refund.
Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order by submitting a request through our Contact Us form, including:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
Once confirmed, we will process your refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or personalised products
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered
- Items reported outside the 7-day inspection period
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved due to incorrect items, we will either:
- Issue a refund, or
- Arrange a replacement at our discretion
Refunds
Once your return or issue is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is up to 10 business days
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
